This policy explains what information Extra Innings Paninos & Pizza ("Extra Innings," "we," "us") collects through extrainningspaninos.com, our MVP Club, our online store and our chat assistant, how we use it, and the choices you have. We operate inside The Varsity Pub at 128 W Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the position you're interested in, your availability, and what you tell us about yourself.
• Fundraising applications: your name, email, phone number and details about your team, school or organization.
• MVP Club: your phone number and any other details you choose to add when you join or use the program, plus your rewards activity.
• Orders and purchases: details you provide when you order online (through SkyTab) or buy from our Pro Shop (through Stripe), such as your name, phone, email and what you ordered. Payment card details are handled by those providers. We don't see or store full card numbers on this website.
• Messages and chats: what you send us by email, phone, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or our chat assistant, "Homer."

Information collected automatically: technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time, collected through our web host's server logs and the services built into our pages.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and respond to messages.
• To take and fulfill orders and purchases.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To set up and run fundraisers for approved groups.
• To run MVP Club, including tracking rewards and sending offers you've signed up for.
• To keep our website secure, fix problems and improve how it works.

Our chat assistant

Homer is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions on our website and in Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages. Conversations are stored and may be reviewed by our team and by our software provider to follow up with you and improve answers. Please don't share sensitive information in chat, such as payment card numbers, passwords or health details. Homer can make mistakes. For allergy questions, please call us at (507) 532-4714.

How we share information

We share information with companies that help us run the business, only as needed for the services they provide:

• GoDaddy: website hosting.
• SkyTab: online ordering and card payments.
• Stripe: Pro Shop payments.
• Make.com: routes form submissions (job and fundraising applications) to our team.
• OH Sweet Hospitality: the platform behind MVP Club and our chat assistant.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): messaging through Messenger and Instagram.
• Google: web fonts used on our pages and map links.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our guests, staff or business, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our own pages don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded services, such as ordering, payments, chat, fonts and our hosting provider's performance monitoring, may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to work properly. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages from us (for example through MVP Club), message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We don't share your phone number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and we choose service providers that do the same. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our website links to services we don't control, including SkyTab, Stripe, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
